1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cadastro (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Cadastro provides property intelligence, estimated valuations, and cadastral data for properties in Spain. The Service includes search by address, cadastral reference, or location.
3. Disclaimer
Valuations displayed are algorithmic estimates based on public and market data. They do not constitute a professional appraisal. For property transactions, consult a certified appraiser.
4. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
5. Subscription & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
Service content (trademarks, logos, text, graphics) is owned by Cadastro or its licensors. Catastro data is public.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, mass scraping, or redistributing data without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications are effective from publication on this page.
